What could cause throat pain (above & to right of adam's apple) when tilting head back? Have had lump there when swallowing but MRI showed nothing.
About 1 down from the tip of my earlobe on the sternocleidomastoid I have a lump around an apple pip size. Head & Neck MRI 6months ago all fine! What size are normal nodes in the neck and should I be able to feel any nodes? Should I be concerned?
