Fluids/fever control: If you son is younger than 5 years of age, please see your pediatrician right away. He may have a Strep infection. You may treat fever and provide fluids, for one day at home and if he worsens or the fever persists, please see a physician. Keep him well hydrated with soothing liquids and treat fever with Tylenol.
