Monitor for now: Hi, not sure what kind of operation. Typically your voice should be fine, sometimes after surgery if you had general anesthesia your voice can do that but it recovers. If it was a throat or neck surgery, please check with the surgeon. If problem persists or worsens please see an ENT specialist.
