Abdominal pain: Has to be examined timely as a variety of conditions may cause it, some of which may become serious if not addressed early. Specifically in your case with a swollen leg as well, an urgent care center or local ER appears as your best option. If established with a practitioner, calling them first may help as they may be able to coordinate locally.
