Please be seen: While it is hard to tell with your non specific symptoms (could be nothing), the combination of chest tightness and then leg swelling makes me concerned enough that you should be seen ASAP.

Heart disease: These symptoms indicate heart disease until proven otherwise. Could be congestive heart failure. See your doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
