GP polyp: Adenomyosis of gb some times called gall bladder polyp, a benign tumor can tranform to malignancy in certain per cent, some times will cause spasm, & pain due to associated gall bladder inflamation ( chole-cystitis ).

Benign: Adenomyomatosis is a benign proliferation of gland tissue in the gallbladder wall. It is most often not a cause of symptoms but can be associated with chronic gallbladder infection, stones, and gallbladder dysfunction.
