Irreg/periods: With the FSH being 53.2, you are probably menopausal or close to it. Adenomyosis is infiltration of the muscular wall of the womb (uterus) by fragments of the uterine lining , and can be responsible for cramping and occasional light bleeding. This condition aside from when actively menstruating when the bleeding can be heavy, is not of concern at this point.
