Lmp 9th july. on day 8 streak of blood on tissue. none on pad. today i see pinkish blood on tissue but none on pad. it feels constantly wet and looks pink on tissue. what is cause? is adenomyosis getting worse?

If you have history of uterine fibroma it could be the cause of bleeding. However, hormonal imbalance may be happening at your age as well. If you have not seen a GYN in the last 12 months, I think it is time for a revisit.
