i started spitting up blood this morning. no coughs. its not a lot and its not from my gums. should i be concerned? i feel absolutely fine?

Don't delay: Spitting up blood is NOT normal. Neither is just spitting blood.
you need to get to the bottom or source if this is more than a one time event. Maybe you bit your tongue. Who knows. But start with a visit to your GP and let them guide you from there. Feeling fine is no excuse to delay.

Spitting blood: Spitting blood is not normal, whether you feel fine or not. It’s usually a symptom.
