Can pepcid complete cause stomach pain as a side effect?

Not common but: Not common, as pepcid is usually recommended to be taken empty stomach. Having said that upset stomach is a very common side effect of almost every medication, so it is possible. If it happens every time after taking pepcid then you can definitely attribute the stomach upset to it.
