Im having terrible headaches and seemed to be triggered by light. these are more painful when i use my phone or laptop. pain pills seems to not make any justice?

Tension headache: Bright lights can cause eye strain, which can then lead to tension-type headaches. If you are not able to adjust the brightness of your screen downward, you may wish to try wearing blue-light blocking sunglasses or screen protectors. Rest, warm compresses to the forehead, and, if need, Tylenol or Ibuprofen can be helpful as well.
