I have been in pain for a year and a half. the only thing the doctor can determine what is causing my pain is my hsv 2 results. four months ago my results were 23 and now it has increased to23.6. i have not had sex since. is this a high number?

Herpes symptoms: This is a high number for HSV2, but 23.6 is no different than 23. Herpes never causes ongoing pain. Something else is the cause. Keep working with your doctor. Good luck.

Hsv 1 ab igg result of 36.92, and hsv 2 ab igg result of 10.60, both came up on labs as out of range high, but doctor said it was nothing to worry about and I was negative, but after looking it up it seems like a positive result, please help?
