For days, my chest has been feeling congested . A couple times when I breathed in, a small part of my chest would heart. My top back has been hurting a lot lately too. Coughing up clear mucus. Sniffling sound is weird. No fever. No runny nose. ?

Is it serious to have increased heart palps ( feel like hiccups) with the resp flu? Feel jittery. Havent taken anything. No high fever. Just cough and short of breath and head cold.
