I have had a cataract operation on my right eye, the lens i had inserted was for long distance, i am considering a short distance lens for my left eye. could you tell me how far i will be able to see with a short distance lens please?

Cataract distance : I am not a cataract specialist but suspect one would say no. You would need to close one eye depending on how far away you wanted to see. They should both be the same I think. Discuss with your EYE team and let us know what they say. I had my own set for distance and it was like getting a new TV or a new phone I could see so much better. But need to use readers. Which I get at drug store.
