My arms getting numb when i sleep. but its the arm that i am not sleeping on?

Positioning: It is most likely that your atm falls into a position that puts pressure on a nerve when you sleep. As your body relaxes, the arm may turn or drop into that position without you even knowing it. As long as the feeling returns to normal within minutes of awakening, I wouldn't worry about it. If still concerned have a neurologist check things out.
