So most of my day is spent lying down surfing the internet since the pandemic started. i now have swollen/enlarged turbinates for the past month. i have no history of allergies or chronic sinusitis. would my change in lifestyle be a cause of this?

Allergic rhinitis?: This sounds like allergy, even though you've had no previous allergic problems. Allergies have to start sometime. Lying down and/or internet surfing themselves can't do this, but maybe there's something in your environment you're allergic to. See a doctor if the problem continues. Good luck.
