I have a lymph node in front of my ear, has been there for about 3-4 weeks. i have noticed that in the morning it isnt as swollen as throughout the day, what could this suggest?

Lymph node: I am skeptical that a lymph node would fluctuate in size that much and that frequently. I wonder if this preauricilar lesion is an inclusion cyst. It apparently isn't infected in view of absence of pain,redness,tenderness or absence of pus draining. A physician would have to inspect this lesion in order to advise you.
