Get treated: There are very good treatments for this condition. Pain clinics, or your family doctor will first do an evaluation to determine the cause, then develop a treatment protocol for you. Best to,also learn how to prevent re occurrence, one the symptoms clear. For now, start NSAIDs, and consider topical,lidocaine patches for,the painful area. Good,luck
