Maybe: On HealthTap, Virtual Consults are available with a Dr for diagnosis/treatment of urgent conditions. The Dr's can visually assess the patient and determine if there is a condition that we can treat. We can order blood and urine lab tests, and prescribe medications, but we cannot treat any condition that requires swab cultures to be performed (this includes cultures for gonorrhea & strep throat)

Not on this platform: Would suggest a local doc or urgent care in order to confirm a possible infection and treat based on antibiotic sensitivity of the involved bacteria.
