Miscarriage Anxiety: I understand your and your wife’s distress due to 2 miscarriages. • Have a Heart to Heart Talk with your wife to enhance emotional, physical and sexual intimacy • Support each other for healing from miscarriages • Help each other with stresses of life Do: • Breathing Relaxation • Meditation • Yoga • Guided Visual Imagery Then see a Gynecologist and a Therapist to discuss your concerns

See OB before: I suggest you see a high risk pregnancy OB prior to conception. Your wife should have a complete pelvic exam to ensure no uterine abnormalities. The physician may also check labs like thyroid, kidney function, a anemia to make sure no problems that need to be solved prior to conception. Then discuss with the OB whether she needs any alteration in lifestyle once conception occurs. Good Luck!
