A member asked:

Could polyps, 2cm, 1cm and a few smaller ones take up most of the uterus and prevent implantation as well as cause miscarriage if implantation occurs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Polyps if large enough and located in the right areas could hinder implantation. Unless the embryo implants directly on the polyp, it is less likely that miscarriage would occur if proper implantation happens
