First trimester: A lot of rest, avoid stress, make sure to drink enough fluids and consume nutritious healthy diet , take prenatal multivitamin and importantly to follow up with her OB - get some work up and follow recommendation given. Good luck and enjoy the pregnancy. More need to be done if she has high risk pregnancy.
