Likely congestion: Most likely related to congestion on the right side. Sometimes positional changes can obstruct the eustachian tube more on one side than the other. If you are having symptoms of congestion or associated ear fullness on one side you can try a decongestant and see how you feel. If symptoms are progressing you can see an ent for further assessment.
