Snapshots: You have described snapshots in time. What you need is someone to create a picture of the whole you. Fin d a General Practitioner, have a cmprehensive physical examination, probably lab tests, possibly imaging, a full medical history, and a full evaluation of any meds, OTC's recreational tat ou take. Additional specialist evaluations may be required. Create a base-line.

Faint: I find it most unusual that you would be prescribed pain reliever and an antidepressant after a fainting episode. Also, people who faint because of cardiac abnormalities should have an accurate diagnosis and appropriate testing as potential life threatening conditions could be the cause. I recommend consulting a cardiologist for thorough evaluation, treatment(if needed) and follow-up care.
