COVID 19 concerns: In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. However, that is not likely to be approved if you are asymptomatic. The mean incubation period is 5 days. So you might want to hold off a few days if testing is indicated.

Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. Be sure to get tested, if you get symptoms. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately.
