I get whole abdominal tenderness. when i visited homeopathic doctor he pressed that upper abdominal area and because it pains, and i also have irregularities in periods. he said it's pcos. how? how can a pcos cause upper abdominal tenderness?

Abdominal pain: A much more detailed history is needed to make a diagnosis. If you have had an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound your current diagnosis is plausible. A careful physical exam, as well as blood and urine tests are also needed. Urine pregnancy test would be the start of your work up.
