Oral Lesion: Your post is a bit confusing. A white patch (ulcer) is different than a swelling with pus (infection). If it's pus (white fluid exuding from a fistula) then you need dental treatment. Either way, see a local dentist for a proper diagnosis and care.

White patches: Pus = infection, and not surprisingly surrounding area would be red/inflamed. Infection needs aggressive treatment, probably antibiotics, as well as treatment of the cause of the infection (abscess, gum disease, etc.). Please seek immediate attention by a General Dentist to reduce spread of the infection to other organ systems.
