Nothing specific: By itself atypical lymph cells just suggest a recent or current viral infection. It may show up on random tests of healthy people. In the absence of information that would suggest otherwise it is just a variant of normal.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it may indicate an intercurrent viral infection. Wish you good health!
