I held in my pee midstream last night because of an awkward situation but i think i might have held it for too long and the pressure might have caused urethra damage. i'm unsure if it's damaged but i can feel that it hurts to even touch. help?

No risk, no worry: This can't cause any urethral damage or any other health problem. Nothing to worry about. The pain probably will stop soon, but see a doctor if it doesn't.
