My haemoglobin level is at 12.7 is it safe?

Safe ?: Although a bit lower than established normal values this is otherwise quite compatible with health. First thought would be to increase iron intake in the diet and or add an iron supplement. A visit with your doc to go over your current status may be wise as a source of chronic iron loss (bleeding) might be present. However, if that were present a much lower hemoglobin level would be expected.

Low: Your hemoglobin is lower that desired. Anemia in an adult male warrants ruling out blood loss in stomach/intestine. Talk to the doctor who ordered the test as s/he knows more about your health. Wish you good health
