Post operative hip: After hip replacement, the surgeon will (if asked) what and what can not activities can be done. Often, many orthopedists work with physical therapists (some in their office), and detailed instructions provided. No indication how long ago the procedure was done, and what 'needs' to be lifted, and range of motion suggests a visit to the orthopedist-

Yes you can. Some surgeons have motion restrictions during the healing phase after hip replacement. And some hip approaches have different limitations. Discuss with your surgeon, and their technique.
