Does a brain aneurysm lower my immune system? if i have brain surgery does that alter my immune system?

No it does not: Typically neither a brain aneurysm or neurologic ( brain) surgery affect the immune system. Someone who has a complicated brain surgery and has a related neurologic injury with paralysis, difficulty swallowing etc might be more likely to get certain kinds of infection because of other kinds of things that predispose to infections like, aspirating food or being immobile, not coughing up mucous etc.
