Pain/swelling: Your symptoms indicate an infection(s) of teeth, gums, or both. Your Dentist provided prudent treatment, prescribing antibiotics to limit the spread of the infection. When. she sees you the antibiotic will have reduced the extent of your infection, allowing more effective treatment.
