Separate issues. : Probably dealing with 2 problems. The numbness of arm and hand, presumably unilateral, may be some sort of neuropathy. The most common kind in young female would be a pressure neuropathy in the nerve coming through the armpit, perhaps from sleeping in a wrong position. A small amount of rectal bleeding is not likely related, perhaps wipe too hard or hemorrhoid. If persists, see your doc.
