Right arm started to feel numb while driving car. feels cold. like blood isn't circulating. pinking and ring finger feel most numb. ?

Numbness: At your age I would suspect a pinching of nerves or blood vessel by positional factors while driving and that symptoms would resolve with avoiding prolonged arm and hand positions like those. This would be more likely than other causes like blockages in arm, neck or brain blood vessels. If symptoms didn't quickly resolve see your physician or a neurologist but take an aspirin first.
