Pain on the right side of my abdomen , and it seems to keep getting worse it's been a month since i've had this pain when i pressed down on it it hurts than starts making a grumbling noises, i've also been feeling nausea , still able to eat though?

Need evaluation: Pain on the right side can be a variety of things including gallstones, appendicitis, stomach ulcer. If it has been present for a month and getting worse then it needs to be evaluated by a physical exam, labs and possibly imaging. Because of a wide variety of possibilities, would recommend being seen by a local physician for further evaluation.
