Sounds like Acid...: 20 y/o female says I randomly get nauseous and have to stop and lie down. it will start with upset feeling in my tummy then heart burn and then nausea. Sounds like Acid Reflux/ Indigestion. If this is new one should review ones food/ drinks even NSAID use, to find the cause of discomfort. Usually OTC Antacids can help. Seems unlikely, but at this age one should rule out pregnancy first.
