Yeast treatment: Probably both can safely be used at the same time, but why? There's rarely a need to treat vaginal yeast infection with more than one medication. Ask the doctor treating you. Or if you're treating an assumed infection yourself, use one or the other, not both. Even better, see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment recommendation.

Diagnosis: It is important to verify the diagnosis and make sure the medication is correct. If the problem is a yeast infection either medication should work independently.
