Where is your: implant? If it is in your abdomen, perhaps your abdominal muscles are twitching because they do not like the hormones there.. In all seriousness Muscles twitch because they are fatigued or spasm b/c overuse, like vigorous exercise or dehydration or electrolyte abnormalities (like low potassium or magnesium).
