44 yrs old, alcapa repair almost 2 years ago. was fairly fit prior to surgery. since surgery, have not been as active, very fatigued. normal?

Possibly, need eval: Fatigue may be normal if you have become deconditioned (i.e. Not been exercising). But alcapa is serious, as you know, and this requires attention. More likely to be an issue if other symptoms, such as chest pain, fainting etc. But again, this requires a thorough eval with your cardiologist.
