Avoid triggers: If you can learn what triggers your migraines, avoid the triggers and maybe the migraines will be reduced. This is neither easy nor exact in most cases, but can help. Track the conditions surrounding each migraine--time of day, food, medications, amount of sleep, anxiety and/or activity levels, etc.--and note the commonalities. Those are likely triggers. Avoid them and see if ot helps.
