What could the problem be if my blood pressure is very high, i tend to lose my breath when doing excessive walking and have upper back pain at times? i also have a cough that doesn't seem to want to go away?

High blood pressure : Your BP is putting a lot of stress on your heart making it difficult for your heart to keep up with the extra work load. Your back pain and shortness of breath could represent a form of angina which is a disease of the arteries of the heart. You must see your PCP ASAP for a through evaluation
