COVID 19 testing: If you remain asymptomatic, start your 14 day period of quarantine. If you become symptomatic consult with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain
