My colleague tested positive for covid yesterday. i saw her monday and tuesday but remained more than 2m away and wore a mask when talking to her, but work together in the same photography studio. what are my next steps?

COVID exposure : It sounds like you took excellent precautions to avoid contacting the virus. At this point monitor your symptoms if they do occur like fever over 100.4, cough, sore throat, body aches. If these began to develop it would be helpful to have a COVID antigen test as well as quarantine. Continue to practice all of the preventative measures that we have mentioned to include handwashing.

COVID 19 concerns: Glad you took some precautions. Was your friend also wearing a mask? If you were in a tight space that wasn't well ventilated, had a lengthy contact or your friend coughed or sneezed at you, transmission of COVID is still possible. Quarantine. Monitor for symptoms. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
