Self-quarantine: If you have no symptoms or your symptoms care mild, stay home for self-quarantine 14 days or till recovery. If symptoms are severe or uncertain, call your health care provider to get instructions regarding testing, self-quarantine and possible hospitalization then follow through!

Exposed: If you can't get tested, quarantine yourself for 14 days. Isolate yourself from people you live with. Call a Covid19 hotline for more information and advice about symptoms and which ones warrant a call to your physician.
