i have thick vein(s) on my flacid & erect penis. no pain what so ever and i believe its lymphangiosclerosis or mondor's disease, i have had this for a few months and i'm curious if i need to get it checked? recently gotten peyronies disease as well?

Symptom of arousal?: At 22, it is not unusual to find yourself in a subtle state of spontaneous arousal, which would be expected to increase blood pooling in your penile veins and, hence, their engorgement. However, if the diagnoses of Mondor's and Peyronie's were rendered by a physician, then you have your explanation and that physician should prescribe respective management.
