See a doctor: It could be exercise induced asthma. Although you are young it is possible that the tightness and shortness of breath are caused from your heart. It could just be something simple like how you breath while you swim . I would recommend you see a doctor and get it checked out to know for sure. Good luck.

Breathing: Perhaps you need breathing exercise and learn to breath properly with exercise but see your doctor and get checked up.
