Hi. im a mother of a 5 year old. i can feel some very tiny supraclavicular nodes that are very soft in my 5 year old sons neck on the right side. is this significant. he is a an active guy,but is petite?

We all have nodes: Lymph nodes are like little beans. The feel like beans of various sizes but similar shapes. Areas of multiple enlarged beans can mean a problem. If the beans grow together in a mass and start to stick together or onto something else, that can mean a big problem. Individual, movable beans less than a dime in diameter are usually ok in kids, teens, and young adults. If worried, Dr can examine.
