A member asked:

Confused, found a very very small movable single node in my 6 year old sons neck down below his ear end of the neck 1 inch above collar bone,is this supraclavicular?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Word games: By a crude definition if it is above the clavicle some would consider it "supra"clavicular. However, the supraclavicular node group is a specific anatomical label & these are located at & adjacent to the clavicle. The location you cite would be the lower end of the cervical node group. At that age they have little significance when they are as you describe.
