Find a doc: This is a problem that requires an in person assessment. Treatment if needed depends on the findings on exam.

Depends on details: "Got burnt" can mean anything from a mild sunburn to a near-death situation. There is always something that helps the patient. The question is, "For this particular patient, will any one of these treatments help a little, help a lot, not help at all, slow down healing, etc..." For a child, the pediatrician and the dermatologist can offer care. If a burn is more than slight, ER is a place to start.
